Sewer Rates (Effective January 2013)

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL RATES
Customer Charge Per Month	$15.23
Usage Charge Per Month Per 1,000 Gallons	$2.999
Connection Charge For Each Additional Apartment Per Month	$6.43

Residential usage for the billing periods ending in the months of October through May is based on the monthly water consumption. Residential usage for the billing periods ending in the months of June through September is based on monthly water consumption or on 100% of the average monthly consumption for the most recent October through May period, whichever is less. Commercial usage is based on monthly water consumption.

Industrial sewer rates will be determined as needed.
