Water Rates
The readiness-to-service (fixed) customer charge for each meter size is added to the water usage rate to determine the total billing. The fixed customer charge applies each month even if there is no water usage. The fixed customer charge is built into the rate to offset the operation and maintenance costs of the water treatment plant and distribution system.
