Payment Options For Your Utility Bill

If you have received a cut-off notice, or your service has been discontinued for non-payment, please contact our Customer Service Office at (507) 372-8680 or stop in our office at 318 Ninth Street.

Cash, checks and money orders are accepted at the payment windows.

Checks and money orders are accepted through the mail.  NO CASH PLEASE.  Please include your payment stub and write your account number on your check or money order.

You May Use One Of Our Payment Drop Box Locations 

Our convenient drop boxes are located at 1131 Oxford Street (Bank of the West Drive-Thru) and 318 Ninth Street (Nobles County Government Center). 

Only checks and money orders are accepted at the drop boxes.  NO CASH PLEASE.  All payments deposited at a drop box prior to 12 noon on a business day will be posted that day. Payments deposited after 12 noon will be posted the next business day.

You May Pay With A Major Credit Card

 

All credit card payments are made through the Official Payments Corp.  They will charge a convenience fee to your credit card for this service based on the amount of your payment.

  On the Web:

         Go to the Official Payments Corporation web site, and then:

  1. Click on the PAYMENT CENTER tab on the menu bar.
  2. On the next screen under STEP 1 - Select a Service Type, select Local and then Start.
  3. On the next screen under STEP 2 - Select a state (Minnesota), select a Payment Entity (Worthington Public Utilities and then select a Payment Type (Commercial or Residential)
  4. Follow the instructions to enter payment information.

Before you conclude your transaction, you will be given the amount of the convenience fee, the total of your transaction and your confirmation number. Please keep your confirmation number.

This is an automatic monthly deduction from your designated financial institution.  You can download an AutoPay application and print it.  Follow the instructions on the application for completing the form and submitting it to Worthington Public Utilities.
